Most recently I had a Sunday lunch which was delicious, and I am even more pleased to hear that they now offer a takeaway service for Sunday lunch, just ring a few days in advance to order 😀.read moreread less
- Andy Farmer 01/05/25Basic pub menu with nice daily specials. Food was as expected. Service a bit slow and we had to chase a couple of times. I think there was a big part going on. We thought about finishing with coffees but the only decaf available was instant.read moreread lessJoanna Gallanders 01/05/25Took one star away because booking is a nightmare! It took 4 attempts to telephone at 11.05 before anyone answered the phone. Other than that it's all 5 star. The food is excellent, the staff worked their hearts out in a very busy restaurant. The bar is run beautifully, everything is very clean .read moreread less

The Dyffryn's usual varied menu with some excellent Chef's specials. Starters were excellent, but the main meals were outstanding. Sea Bass, Rump of Lamb and Pork steaks. - MikeFromNeath 03/03/25Four of us ordered the Sunday Lunch -2 course for £20. Absolutely loved the Yorkshire and Beef but the veg wasn’t enough for four so asked for more. The first lot of veg wasn’t as warm as the second lot. Other than that, absolutely delicious. Enjoyed the heat from the log fire which was regularly checked. Inside was very clean, comfortable and warm! Our desert was absolutely lovely! Food was waiter serviced. Booking is recommended for Sunday lunch. Large car-park on arrival. Bar staff was very helpful and polite. If the veg was hotter and more plenty full I would have given a 5star!read moreread lessMarian Bonelli 31/01/25Great food and service, everyone was very helpful.read moreread less
