Former classroom with open mezzanine bedroom beautifully decorated with luxurious bathroom, walk in shower, freestanding bath tub and under floor heating throughout the main living space,

Private parking with storage for bikes and kayaks, accommodating guests seeking activities we have a utility room with washing machine, dryer and iron.
Guests will have access to the entire apartment which consists of a 1st floor open plan mezzanine bedroom with a King size bed, generous sofa bed and a small cloths hanging unit.
Main living space has a modern fitted kitchen, low level fridge with pull out draws, induction hob, single electric oven and dishwasher. Kettle, toaster and microwave. Coffee machine and a well equipped kitchen.
Dinning table to seat four people, TV with sky+ WiFi, sofa and chair plus an additional seating area consisting of a further two sofa beds.
Exceptionally well presented bathroom with freestanding bath and large walk in shower. Modern towel rail, wash basin and WC.
Underfloor heating throughout the living space, mood and adjustable coloured lighting.
Personal safe, utility facilities and Internet.

Interaction with Guests

The accommodation is one very large class room in a very large former school however private from the rest of the building. Guests can be greeted on arrival. We can be available during your stay via email, phone or directly.

Within a short walk the village centre offers adequate shopping consisting of ladies boutiques, gift and jewellery, banks, bakeries, restaurants, take aways and pubs. From our location we have Adventure parks, a Cycle path all the way to Mumbles, Swansea or Brecon. Horse riding, Castles, Waterfalls including the same waterfall as seen in the movie Batman. Caves, Botanical Gardens, Fishing, Mountains and Theme Parks.

The Gower and Black Mountains are popular destinations with spectacular views. The Brecon Beacons has Geo Park status and Dark Sky status which is one of only a few locations designated as such in the world.

    The entire property is strictly no smoking including the grounds. No pets. On check out please place all sheets and towels in the utility room, please place all dirty crockery and utensils in the dish washer and empty all rubbish bins and either leave in the utility room or rubbish bin outside. Please ensure all remotes are placed in clear view. Unreasonable messiness will incur a cleaning fee and or deposit retention and damage will be charged at a pre-calculated rate stipulated in our terms.
